摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取法分别对天竺葵的花瓣和茎叶进行精油的提取,使用GC-MS联用仪测定精油成分和相对含量,研究了天竺葵不同部位的精油成分差异,结果表明:天竺葵茎叶精油含量比花瓣精油多;天竺葵花瓣精油与茎叶精油相比,花瓣精油中的酮类、杂环类、烷烃类含量高于茎叶精油,醛类、醇类、酸类、酚类、酯类、烯烃类、醚类、酸酐类则低于茎叶精油;两独立样本t检验结果表明:醇类和烯烃类相对含量存在显著性差异,其余化学成分无显著性差异。
Simultaneous distillation extraction method was used for the extraction of essential oil from the petal, stem and leaf of Pelargonium graveolens, and GC-MS was adopted to determine the components and relative content of the extracted essential oil. The results indicated that : the content of essential oil in stem and leaf of P. graveolens was more than that in petal; the con- tents of ketones, heterocyclic, and alkanes essential oil components in petal were more than those in stem and leaf; while the con- tents of aldehydes, alcohols, acids, phenols, esters, olefins, ethers and anhydrides essential oil components in petal were less than those in stem and leaf. The results of 2-independent-samples t test showed that there were significant differences in the rela- tive contents of alcohols and olefins between petal and stem leaf, while there were no significant differences in the other essential oil components.
