浅谈对实习护士在传染病医院的带教工作

To Explore the Teaching of Nurses in Infectious Diseases Hospital

由于传染病具备较强传染性,而传染病医院护士因工作需求与患者需长时间接触,增加了被感染率,对护士健康造成威胁。护士进行临床实习时,由于存在一些心理、技术、知识或经验因素影响,产生不同程度压力,导致实习期实习质量下降响,进而无法达到实习目标,对于护士综合能力的提升产生负面影响。因此,在传染病医院带教过程中,需对实习护士做好心理指导及职业防护指导,改善其工作态度、质量,并降低意外损伤率。本研究就实习护士心理特点分析出发,论述临床带教具体策略,从而指导传染病医院带教质量提升。

Due to infectious diseases with strong infectivity, and nurses in infectious disease hospital needs contact with patients for a long time, which was increasing the rate of infection, threat to the health of nurses. The nurse for clinical practice, because there were some psychological, technologies, knowledge or experience factors have different degrees of pressure, leading to decline in the quality of internship and internship sound, who couldn＇t achieve the goal, had a negative impact on the improvement of comprehensive ability of nurses. Therefore, in the course of infectious disease hospital teaching, it is necessary to do a good job of psychological guidance and professional guidance to the practice nurses, improve their attitude and quality, and reduce the rate of accidental injury. Based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of practice nurses, this paper discusses the specific strategies of clinical teaching, so as to guide the improvement of teaching quality.
