摘要
目的探讨应用迷你临床演练评估对本科临床医学生开展妇产科临床技能教学和培训的方法和效果。方法选取在本院妇产科实习的本科临床专业学生80例,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组40例,对照组按照传统教学方法进行教学,试验组在传统教学方法上结合迷你临床演练评估的要求,每周参加一次相应的培训和训练。实习结束后对两组学生进行百分制量化迷你临床演练评估的考核。结果试验组在理论考核、临床基本技能考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论迷你临床演练评估能有效提高本科临床学生的临床技能和综合素质。
Objective To explore research of mini-clinical evaluation exercise in clinical skills teaching of obstetrics and gynecology, Methods A total of 80 clinical undergraduates in the obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 40 cases. The students in Control group used the traditional teaching method and the students in experimental group received the traditional teaching method and mini-clinical evaluation exercise. After the practice teaching, both groups received the theory and clinical comprehensive skills assessment. Results In experimental group the theory examination score, clinical comprehensive skills assessment score of obstetrics and gynecology were higher than those in control group, and the difference was significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The mini-clinical evaluation exercise can effectively improve the professional ability and comprehensive quality of clinical students of obstetrics and gynecology.
