腹腔镜直肠癌手术中应用超声刀切除肠系膜的可行性及安全性分析

Analysis Feasibility and Safety of Laparoscopic Resection of Mesentery by Surgery With Ultrasound Knife in Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜手术过程中,选择超声刀切除肠系膜方法对直肠癌患者加以手术治疗的可行性以及安全性。方法选择我院2013年6月—2016年6月收治的52例直肠癌患者作为实验对象,分组选择随机数表法完成,对照组采用高频电刀实施肠系膜切除,观察组采用超声刀实施肠系膜切除。结果观察组手术中与手术后有关指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于直肠癌患者,临床在实施腹腔镜手术过程中,有效选择超声刀切除肠系膜的方法加以疾病治疗,对于手术中与手术后有关指标的改善可以做出有效保证,并且并发症表现理想。

Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of rectal cancer in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods 52 cases of rectal cancer patients in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016 were selected as experimental objects, grouped randomly in control group with high frequency electric knife resection of mesentery was used in the observation group, ultrasound knife mesenteric resection. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with rectal cancer, the clinical process in the implementation of laparoscopic surgery, effective methods to choose ultrasonic scalpel excision for treatment of mesenteric diseases, surgery and surgery related indicators improved can make effective guarantee, and complications of ideal.
