全面腹部超声检查用于急腹症患者诊断中的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Abdominal Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Patients With Acute Abdomen

目的全面腹部超声检查用于急腹症患者诊断中的临床效果分析。方法在我院收治的急腹症患者中随机筛查出56例,分为两组即对照组和观察组。使用传统腹部超声检查对照组患者,使用全面腹部超声检查观察组患者,将两组患者的诊断效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者经过超声检查后,对照组的诊断符合率是64.3%,观察组的诊断符合率是93.0%,P<0.05。结论全面腹部超声检查用于急腹症患者诊断,可以明显减少临床诊断时间,提高诊断符合率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods In our hospital, 56 patients with acute abdomen were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional abdominal ultrasonography, and the results were compared with those of the two groups. Results Two groups of patients after ultrasound examination, the diagnosis of the control group, the coincidence rate was 64.3%, the observation group, the diagnostic coincidence rate was 93.0%, P〈0.05. Conclusion The use of abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen patients can significantly reduce the time of clinical diagnosis and improve the diagnostic accuracy.
