神经外科重症患者PICC常见并发症及临床处理对策

Common Complications and Clinical Treatment of PICC in Critically Illness Patients in Department of Neurosurgery

目的探究接受PICC置管术治疗的神经外科患者的常见临床并发症,以及临床治疗处置对策。方法选取2011年4月—2016年3月我院神经外科收治的接受PICC置管手术治疗患者274例的临床病例记录作为本次回顾性分析过程中的研究对象,全面总结分析患者在接受手术治疗后发生的各类临床并发症及治疗处置措施和临床效果。结果 274例患者中共计涉及术后发生穿刺点渗血患者15例,术后继发静脉炎患者11例,术后发生导管部分脱出患者7例,术后发生导管堵塞患者7例,术后发生意外拔管患者3例,术后接续发生心率失常患者3例。经过系统治疗45例发生术后临床并发症患者均痊愈和带管出院。结论全面系统总结分析接受PICC置管手术治疗的神经外科患者术后临床并发症分布特征,能够提升我国PICC置管手术治疗在神经外科的应用效果。

Objective To explore the common clinical complications in patients with PICC treated with catheter placement, and to discuss the Countermeasures of clinical treatment. Methods Received P1CC catheter clinical cases of surgical treatment of 274 cases of patients were recorded as the research object of review in the analysis process, from April 2011 to March 2016 in our hospital were admitted to Department of Neurosurgery, summarize and analyze clinical complications and treatment of all kinds of measures and clinical effect of patients in surgery after treatment. Results A total of 274 patients involved in postoperative bleeding at the puncture point in 15 cases, 11 cases of patients with phlebitis after surgery, postoperative 7 cases of partial catheter prolapse patients, catheter obstruction in 7 patients after operation, 3 cases of accidental extubation in patients with postoperative arrhythmia occurred after postoperative 3 patients cases. After treatment, 45 cases of postoperative complications were cured and discharged. Conclusion A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the clinical features of postoperative complications in patients undergoing PICC catheter placement surgery can improve the application effect of PICC catheter surgery in Department of neurosurgery.
