营养风险筛查在肿瘤患者中的应用进展

The Progress in the Application of Nutritional Risk Screening in Cancer Patients

通过对肿瘤患者进行相关营养风险筛查的意义、现状、常用筛查工具以及肿瘤患者营养风险相关因素进行综述,评估患者营养不良状态、可能出现并发症,积极为临床诊治工作提供参考。本文通过使用营养风险筛查相关措施,从不同角度对比、研究,分析各种方法的优劣情况,为临床工作中了解患者营养状态,为减少肿瘤患者出现营养不良并发症及危害进行探讨研究。

Through the study of the relevant nutritional risk screening of tumor patients, the present situation, the commonly used screening tools, and the significance of tumor patients with nutritional risk factors were reviewed, assessing patients＇ nutrition state, possible complications, actively provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment work. In this paper, through the use of nutritional risk screening measures, contrast, research from different angles, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, understand the patients＇ nutrition state, for the clinical work to reduce the tumor patients with malnutrition complications and harm are discussed.
