支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年肺炎的效果评定

Evaluation of Bronchoalveolar Lavage in the Treatment of Senile Pneumonia

目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年肺炎的临床效果。方法随机将我院呼吸内科78例老年肺炎患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,对照组给予常规敏感抗生素与支持治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗。结果治疗组治疗总有效率是97.4%,对照组治疗总有效率是82.1%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用支气管肺泡灌洗治疗老年肺炎能够获得显著疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of senile pneumonia. Methods 78 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, the control group was given conventional antibiotics and support therapy, the treatment group were given bronehoalveolar lavage. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.4%, the total effective rate in the control group was 82.1%, the clinical curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of bronehoalveolar lavage in the treatment of senile pneumonia can obtain significant curative effect.
