小切口小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术与常规术式的疗效比较

Comparison of the Efficacy of Small Incision Pediatric Inguinal Hernia High Ligation and Traditional Surgical Incision in Children

目的比较小切口小儿腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术与传统常规术式的疗效。方法选取我院2015年8月—2016年10月收治的40例进行小切口腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎术治疗的患儿为观察组。选取同期收治的40例采用传统疝囊高位结扎手术治疗的患儿对照组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术切口长度、手术时间、术后进食时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、并发症少于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口小儿腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术的疗效好于传统疝囊高位结扎手术,其对患儿到创伤小。

Objective To compare the effect of small incision pediatric inguinal hernia high ligation and conventional surgery in children. Methods 40 cases of children treated by small incision pediatric inguinal hernia high ligation in our hospital from August 2015 to October 2016 were the observation group. 40 another children treated by traditional surgical incision in the same period were the control children. The two groups were compared of the therapeutic effects. Results The incision in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the operation time was shorter than that in the control group, and the blood loss was less than that in the control group, feeding time was shorter than that in the control group, the postoperative pain score was lower than that in the control group, the complications were less than those in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of small incision pediatric inguinal hernia high ligation is better than that of traditional hernia sac high ligation, its trauma is small.
