摘要
目的观察品管圈活动对急性缺血性脑卒中患者入院至实施静脉溶栓治疗(DNT)时间的影响。方法选取我院2014年2月—2015年1月未实施品管圈30例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为对照组,另选2016年6—12月实施品管圈患者44例为观察组。观察比较两组DNT时间。结果观察组DNT时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施品管圈活动有效缩短急性缺血性脑卒中患者DNT时间,为其早期治疗赢得宝贵时间,促进其预后。
Objective To observe the influence of quality control circle （QCC） on the door-to-needle （DNT） time for starting intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke （AIS）. Methods 30 AIS patients without QCC in our hospital from February 2014 to January 2015 were selected as control group, and 44 patients with QCC in our hospital from June to December 2016 were selected as observation group, the DNT time of two groups were observed and compared. Results The DNT time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of QCC can effectively shorten the DNT time of AIS patients, win the valuable time for early treatment, and promote the prognosis of patients.
