比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Bisoprolol Combined With Simvastatin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients With Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探究比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法本次研究对象选取2014年12月—2016年12月于我院就医的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者(80例),通过动态化随机单双号分组的方法将其分为两组,分别给予辛伐他汀、比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗,探究两组患者的治疗效果、心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间以及不良反应发生情况的差异性。结果观察组治疗效果、心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是在不良反应发生例数的比较中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论比索洛尔联合辛伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛患者具有一定的效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of bisoprolol combined with simvastatin in the treatment of senile unstable angina pectoris. Methods The subjects were selected from December 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital for elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris （n=80）. The patients were divided into two groups by dynamic randomized single and double number grouping. We treated simvastatin, bisoprolol combined with simvastatin to explore the therapeutic effect of 2 groups of patients, the number of episodes of angina pectoris, the duration of the attack and the difference in the incidence of adverse events. Results There was a significant difference between the results of the observation group and the control group （P〈0.05）. However, in the comparison of the number of adverse events, the number of adverse events was significantly higher than that of the control group, There was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with simvastatin has a certain effect in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris.
