顺气活血汤配合中药穴位贴敷治疗胸部创伤后疼痛的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Qi Huoxue Decoction Combined With Acupoint Sticking Therapy for Pain After Thoracic Trauma

目的分析顺气活血汤配合中药穴位贴敷治疗胸部创伤后疼痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年2月—2015年5月临床治疗的胸部创伤后疼痛患者116例,并按照入院治疗的时间顺序分成治疗组、对照组,每组均有58例。对照组行顺气活血汤,治疗组在对照组基础上采取中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛改善效果及睡眠状况。结果治疗7 d后,治疗组Ⅰ级患者多于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胸部创伤患者行顺气活血汤与中药穴位贴敷配合治疗,疼痛改善效果较顺气活血汤治疗高,可显著提高其睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of Shunqi Huoxue decoction combined with acupoint-stieking of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of pain after chest trauma. Methods 116 eases of patients with pain after chest trauma treated in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 were selected, and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the time sequence of hospitalization, 58 cases in each group, The control group were given Shunqi Huoxue decoction, and the treatment group were given acupoint-sticking of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. Pain improvement and sleep status were compared in the two groups. Results After treatment of 7 d, Grade I patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and PSQI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pain improvement is higher of Shunqi Huoxue decoction combined with acupoint-sticking of traditional Chinese medicine than that of Shunqi Huoxue decoction. It can significantly improve quality of sleep, and is suitable for clinical promotion.
