高血压合并冠心病患者施行优质护理干预的可行性研究

Study on the Feasibility of High-quality Nursing Intervention in Patients With Hypertension Complicated by Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究为高血压合并冠心病患者施行优质护理干预的可行性。方法选取本院70例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象,收治时间为2013年7月—2015年5月,经信封式随机分组为2组,分别为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组给予优质护理,对比两组患者的血压水平及护理满意度评分。结果观察组患者收缩压与舒张压均优于对照组,同时观察组患者的护理满意度评分较对照组高,P<0.05。结论给予高血压合并冠心病患者实施优质护理可有效控制患者的血压情况,护理效果确切。

Objective To explore the feasibility of high quality nursing intervention in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease. Methods 70 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were selected as the study subjects. The treatment time was from July 2013 to May 2015. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group, control group used routine care, the observation group given quality care, compared the two groups of patients with blood pressure and nursing satisfaction score. Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, while the observation group of patients with nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The patients with high blood pressure combined with coronary heart disease in patients with high quality care can effectively control the patient＇s blood pressure, nursing effect is exact.
