飞秒激光联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗的临床护理分析

Clinical Nursing Analysis of Femtosecond Laser Combined With Excimer Laser in Situ Keratomileusis

目的分析采用飞秒激光联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗近视患者的护理。方法选择我院收治的80例飞秒激光联合准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术患者,开展高效的手术配合,对患者开展术前评估,术后随访以及综合性人性化护理。结果患者术前矫正视力为0.03~0.05,术后1 d视力水平全部达到1.2~1.5,角膜瓣愈合状况较好,术后无患者出现并发症。结论选择技术含量高的医学器材,开展全方位的术前检查,护理人员细心专业的配合,高效科学的术中指导以及长期积攒的临床经验都是手术得以成功的重要因素。

Objective To analyze the nursing of patients with myopia treated by femtosecond laser combined with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis. Methods 80 cases of femtosecond laser combined with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis were enrolled in this study. Efficient operation was carried out. Preoperative evaluation, postoperative follow - up and comprehensive human nursing were performed. Results The corrected visual acuity was 0.03-0.05, and the visual acuity was 1.2-1.5 at 1 day postoperatively. The corneal flap healing was better and no complication occurred after operation. Conclusion It is an important factor to be successful in the selection of medical equipment with high technical content, to carry out all-round preoperative examination, careful cooperation of nursing staff, effective scientific intraoperative guidance and long-term accumulation of clinical experience.
