慢性肾小球肾炎的临床护理分析

Analysis of the Clinical Care of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探讨慢性肾小球肾炎的临床护理措施及效果。方法选择2014年8月—2016年8月我院收治的80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床资料进行分析,观察患者在治疗期间内的病情变化及对应的护理措施。结果 80例患者经过临床精心的治疗及整体护理,所有患者临床症状均明显改善,痊愈患者42例(52.5%),好转患者38例(47.5%),总有效率100%,患者对治疗及护理效果满意。结论科学的护理对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的康复有着十分积极的作用,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures and effect of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis treated in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were analyzed. The changes of the patients＇ patients during the treatment period and the corresponding nursing measures were observed. Results 80 patients were treated with clinical treatment and overall care. All the clinical symptoms were improved, 42 patients （52.5%） recovered and 38 patients （47.5%） recovered. The total effective rate was 100%. The patients were treated with Nursing results are satisfactory. Conclusion Scientific care has a very positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and improves the quality of life of patients.
