舒适护理对手术治疗重症胰腺炎预后的影响

Effect of Comfort Care on Prognosis of Severe Acute Pancreatitis

目的分析舒适护理用于手术治疗重症胰腺炎对预后的影响。方法选取2014年的1月—2016年的10月在我院接受手术治疗的49例重症胰腺炎患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,分别给予对照组常规护理和观察组舒适护理,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组与对照组相比在术后并发症发生率更低且对护理工作的满意度更高,两组对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论舒适护理用于手术治疗重症胰腺炎,可提升护理质量与治疗安全性,保障患者获得更为满意的预后。

Objective To analyze the comfort care for the effects on the prognosis of surgical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 49 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were selected from January 2014 to October 2016 received surgical treatment in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group respectively, the control group were given routine nursing and observation group comfort care, compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results In the observation group, postoperative complication rate was lower and the degree of satisfaction to the nursing work was higher compared with the .control group, there were significant differences between the two groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can improve the quality of nursing and the safety of the treatment.
