序贯使用聚维酮碘乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)治疗小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Sequential Use of Povidone Iodine Cream and Medical Chitosan Wound Repair Membrane (Spray Type) in Treatment of Small Area Ⅱ Degree Burn And Scald

目的:探究序贯使用聚维酮碘乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)治疗小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤的疗效。方法:选择2015年7月-2017年3月南方医科大学顺德医院附属杏坛医院急诊科收治的150例小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例。观察组序贯使用聚维酮碘乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜治疗,对照组仅给予聚维酮碘乳膏治疗。比较两组患者创面愈合时间、创面瘢痕情况以及治疗后1、2周的创面愈合率,同时观察并记录两组患者用药安全性。结果:对照组瘢痕指数为(6.24±1.73),观察组瘢痕指数为(4.18±1.67),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组创面愈合时间为(16.56±2.31)d,观察组创面愈合时间为(13.29±1.70)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后1、2周创面愈合率分别为(33.15±5.89)%、(82.58±7.49)%,均低于观察组的(45.28±4.65)%、(95.63±3.67)%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:对小面积Ⅱ度烧烫伤患者序贯使用聚维酮碘乳膏与医用壳聚糖创面修复膜(喷雾型)治疗,能有效提高创面愈合率,缩短愈合时间,减少瘢痕,未增加不良反应,安全性较高,在临床应用中具有较高的推广价值。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of sequential use of povidone iodine cream and medical chitosan wound repair membrane（spray type） in treatment of small area Ⅱdegree burn and scald.Method：150 patients with small area Ⅱdegree burn and scald admitted into emergency department of affiliated Xingtan hospital affiliated to the shunde hospital of southem medical university from July 2015 to March 2017 were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group according random number table,75 cases in each group.Observation group was given sequential use of povidone iodine cream and medical chitosan wound repair membrane,control group was purely given povidone iodine cream.The wound healing time,wound scar situation,and wound healing rate after treatment for 1 and 2 weeks of two groups were compared,the drug safety of two groups were observed and recorded. Result：The scar index of control group was（6.24±1.73）,and that of observation group was（4.18±1.67）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The wound healing time of control group was（16.56±2.31）d, and that of observation group was（13.29±1.70）d, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The wound healing rate of control group after treatment for 1 and 2 weeks were respectively（33.15±5.89）% and（82.58±7.49）%, which were lower than observation group of（45.28±4.65）% and（95.63±3.67）%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion：Sequential use of povidone iodine cream and medical chitosan wound repair membrane（spray type） for treating small area Ⅱ degree burn and scald can effectively increase wound healing rate,shorten healing time,reduce scars,it has higher safety and not add adverse reactions,there is higher promotional value in clinical application.
