慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的无创正压通气治疗及效果评估

Evaluate the Efficacy of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Respiratory Failure

目的:评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的无创正压通气治疗及效果。方法:将2013年7月-2016年7月到本院治疗的70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者随机分成两组,每组各35例。对照组进行常规基础治疗,研究组除施予常规治疗外,还予以无创正压通气治疗,分析对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:通过治疗,研究组患者动脉血气指标中各指标和对照组相比较均优,治疗总有效率也显著比对照组高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床中,应用无创正压通气进行治疗,可有效改善呼吸损耗以及负荷,效果显著,临床应用价值高。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.Method：70 patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure were selected in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016,they were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,the study group was not only given routine treatment, but also be noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment,the effects of two groups were compared.Result：Through the treatment,the arterial blood gas indicators of study group were better than the control group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with type Ⅱ respiratory failure can effectively improve the respiratory loss and load, the effect is remarkable, and the clinical application value is high.
