视觉康复训练对低视力儿童视力的影响研究

Effect of Visual Rehabilitation Training on Vision of Low Vision Children

目的:探讨视觉康复训练对低视力儿童视力的影响。方法:选择2015年1月-2016年9月期间在本院就诊的72例低视力儿童作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组行常规性视觉康复训练,观察组编制个体化视觉康复训练计划并实施相关训练策略,比较两组康复训练后最佳矫正视力水平,并观察两组训练前后生活质量改善情况。结果:康复训练后观察组视力0.05~0.09(11.11%)和0.10~0.29(30.56%)者显著低于对照组33.33%和47.22%,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视力0.30~0.49(33.33%)和≥0.50(25.00%)者显著高于对照组(13.89%,5.56%),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复训练后,两组远视力、阅读和精细工作、调节能力、日常生活能力、生活质量各项评分及总分均显著高于训练前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组远视力、阅读和精细工作、调节能力、日常生活能力、生活质量及总分高于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低视力儿童视力采取个体化视觉康复训练模式,可有效改善患儿视力,并提高其生活质量,预后良好,值得推广借鉴。

Objective：To study the effect of visual rehabilitation training on vision of low vision children.Method：A total of 72 low vision children were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method from January 2015 to September 2016,36 cases in each group.the control group was taken with routine visual rehabilitation training,the observation group developed individualized visual rehabilitation training plan and implemented the relevant training strategy.The best corrected visual acuity of two groups were compared and The quality of life before and after training was observed.Result：After rehabilitation training,the visual acuity of the observation group were 0.05-0.09（11.11%） and 0.10-0.29（30.56%） significantly lower than the control group of 33.33% and 47.22%（P〈0.05）.The visual acuity of 0.30-0.49（33.33%）and ≥0.50（25.00%） of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group of 13.89% and 5.56%（ P〈0.05）.After rehabilitation training,the distance vision,reading and fine work,regulation ability,daily living ability,quality of life score and total score of two groups were significantly higher than before training（P〈0.05）.The distance visual,reading and fine work,adjusting ability,daily living ability,quality of life and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The individualized visual rehabilitation training model of low vision children,whose prognosis is good,can effectively improve the vision of children and the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.
