缩宫素联合生化汤丸对药物流产后出血患者的止血效果分析

Hemostatic effect of Oxytocin combined with Shenghuatang Pills in patients with bleeding after drug abortion

目的研究缩宫素与生化汤丸联合应用对药物流产后出血患者的止血效果。方法选择我站2015年10月~2016年10月收治的90例药物流产后出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。两组患者均采用米非司酮、米索前列醇终止妊娠,在此基础上,对照组患者选择缩宫素进行止血,观察组患者则选择缩宫素联合生化汤丸进行止血,比较两组患者的止血效果。结果观察组患者阴道出血以等于和少于月经量为主,而对照组患者则以多于、等于月经量为主,两组患者阴道出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出血时间<1周者显著多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗有效率为97.78%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.01)。结论生化汤丸与缩宫素联合应用对药物流产后出血患者的疗效更好,可显著减少出血量,缩短出血时间,疗效好,实用性强,可在临床上广泛推荐。

Objective To study the hemostatic effect of Oxytocin combined with Shenghuatang Pills in patients with bleeding after drug abortion.Methods A total of 90 patients undergone drug abortion from October 2015 to October2016 in our station were selected.By a random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The Mifepristone and Misoprostol for termination of pregnancy were used in both groups.Besides,Oxytocin in the control group was selected to stanch bleeding,while in the observation group,combination of Oxytocin and Shenghuatang Pills was adopted.The hemostatic effect in both groups was compared.Results The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was mainly equal to or less than that in the menstrual period,while the amount of bleeding was more than or equal to that in the menstrual period in the control group,the amount of vaginal bleeding in the two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,number of patients with bleeding time less than 1 week was significantly larger than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The therapeutic effective rate in the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than that of the control group（80.00%）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combination of Shenghuatang Pills and Oxytocin obtains a great effect on stanching bleeding after drug abortion,which can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding,shorten the bleeding time at advantages of good curative effect and practicality,and is worth of wide recommendation in clinic.
