药学干预对促进心血管类中药注射剂临床使用合理性的作用

Effect of pharmaceutical intervention on enhancing the rational use of cardiovascular injections made from Chinese herbal medicines in clinic

目的探讨药学干预对心血管类中药注射剂临床合理用药的促进作用。方法选取2015年1~12月我院开展药学干预前使用中药注射剂的患者300例为对照组,再选取2016年1~12月开展药学干预后的心血管疾病的患者300例为观察组,分析两组患者的病历资料,观察两组患者心血管类中药注射剂的使用情况、不合理用药情况及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者各种药物的使用率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),无适应证用药、超剂量用药、无指征联合用药、溶媒选择不当及存在配伍禁忌等的不合理发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者各种不良反应的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论药学干预不仅可以促进心血管类中药注射剂的合理应用,还可以减少不良反应,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on enhancing the rational use of cardiovascular injections made from Chinese herbal medicines in clinic.Methods A total of 300 patients were treated with Chinese herbal medicine injection before pharmaceutical intervention from January to December 2015 in our hospital were selected as control group.Another group of 300 patients with cardiovascular diseases after pharmaceutical intervention from January to December 2016 in our hospital was classified into observation group.The medical cases in the both groups were analyzed.The use of cardiovascular injections made from Chinese herbal medicines,irrational drug usage,and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results The utilization rate of various drugs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of unreasonable drug usage including medication without indications,over-dose use,drug combination without signs,improper solvent selection and presence of incompatibility were all much lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention can not only promote the rational application of cardiovascular medicine injection,but also reduce the adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
