综合护理干预联合子宫内膜采集器在子宫内膜疾病患者保守治疗随访中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with endometrial collector in the follow-up of conservative treatment for patients with endometrial disease

目的探讨综合护理干预联合子宫内膜采集器在子宫内膜疾病患者保守治疗随访中的应用价值。方法选取2013年7月~2014年12月我院70例行子宫内膜检查的子宫内膜疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予综合护理干预,分析取材标本满意率及子宫内膜采集器检测子宫内膜疾病的效能,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生存质量测定量表简表(QOL-BREF)评价两组心理状况及生活质量。结果子宫内膜采集器取材标本满意率为95.70%,其诊断子宫内膜疾病的灵敏度为69.70%,特异度为75.00%,准确度为70.00%;干预后观察组SAS评分[(29.09±0.57)分]、SDS评分[(30.42±1.09)分]较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),观察组QOL-BREF评分为(85.23±1.34)分,与对照组(69.25±1.86)分比较明显增加(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预联合子宫内膜采集器应用于子宫内膜疾病患者保守治疗随访中效果较好,可有效改善患者生活质量及情绪,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with endometrial collector in the follow-up of conservative treatment for patients with endometrial diseases.Methods 70 patients with endometrial diseases who received endometrial examination in our hospital from July 2013 and December 2014 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction rate of samples and the efficiency of endometrial collector in the detection of endometrial diseases were analyzed.The self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,self-rating depression scale（SDS） and quality of life measurement table（QOL-BREF） were used to assess the psychological status and quality of life.Results The satisfaction rate of samples collected by endometrial collector,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in the detection of endometrial diseases were 95.70%,69.70%,75.00% and 70.00%,respectively.After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower in observation group [（29.09±0.57）,（30.42±1.09）points] than those in control group（P〈0.05）.While QOL-BREF score was（85.23±1.34）points,which was significantly higher than that in control group of（69.25±1.86）points（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with endometrial collector applied in the follow-up of conservative treatment for patients with endometrial disease is good.It can effectively improve the quality of life and emotion and is worth clinical application.
