高职院校特色校园文化建设的基本内涵和实现途径

The Basic Connotation and the Way to Realize for Characteristic Campus Culture Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校特色校园文化是强校之本,没有特色文化的高职院校,难以可持续发展。构建独具特色的高职校园文化是当前高职院校发展的当务之急,文章运用文献研究法,以高职院校特色校园文化建什么的问题导向为切入口,在分析高职院校校园文化建设的主要功能的基础上,提出建设"彰显自身特色、蕴含育人理念、承载人文精神"的物质文化;建设"继承传统、弘扬精神、凝练价值、风格独具"的精神文化;建设"教学、科研、管理、服务一体,全员育人"的制度文化等五个方面探析了高职校园文化建设的实现路径,以期为高职特色校园文化建设提供借鉴和启示。

The characteristic campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges is the foundation for school. It will be difficult to survive without characteristic in school. Building a unique campus culture is the urgent task of the development of higher vocational colleges. In this paper, by using the method of literature research and in the direction of the characteristic campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the main functions of it. We propose to construct material culture, spiritual culture and institutional culture which is ＂showing its own characteristics with education concept and carrying the humanistic spirit ＂and＂ carrying forward the spirit of concise value and unique style＂ and ＂ integrating teaching, studying, management,and service＂. We can make analysis these five aspects of studying the path of construction campus culture in higher vocational colleges.
