单学科的人才培养模式导致人才在知识结构上存在重大缺陷。在"一带一路"战略下,中医药高等院校必须深刻把握人才培养的跨学科要求,革新人才培养机制,拓宽人才培养口径,打破学科壁垒,探索构建中医药海外推广高层次商务人才的跨学科协同培养平台。并以平台为落脚点,进行跨学科复合型的中医药海外推广商务课程、教材及师资队伍的建设和改革。通过资源的合理配置,选拔优秀人才进行跨学科式的培养,为中医药海外推广储备充足的高层次商务人才。

The single -disciplinary mode of talent development in higher education has caused serious flaws in students′knowledge structure. With an eye on ＂The belt and Road Initiative＂, TCM universities and colleges must address the development of talents from an interdisciplinary perspective by reforming the mechanism, broadening the major range, and breaking the barrier between disciplines. Platform for the synergetic development of talents must be built, and based on which, reforms should be carried out with interdisciplinary curriculum planned, teaching teams of interdisciplinary background made and textbooks series compiled. Resources must be allocated in a more reasonable way so that top business talents for the overseas promotion of Chinese medicine may be developed through the interdisciplinary approach.
