民办高职院校发展学生党员的质量保障体系研究

Research on the Quality Assurance of Developing Student Party Member in Private Higher Vocational College

学生党员的发展是民办高职院校党建工作的重要组成部分。本文通过对民办高职院校党建工作存在的问题进行原因分析,提出建立"四个一"培训体系和党务人员培训制度提升整体队伍的理论水平;通过建立发展对象"双答辩"和过程公开的制度让学生党员发展过程透明化,通过实行"三亮三比积分制",加强过程教育管理,优胜劣汰。通过构建全程化的培养教育管理淘汰机制,解决民办高职院校发展学生党员存在的质量问题。

The development of student party member is a significant component of party building in private higher vocational college. By analyzing the existing problems of party building, the paper puts forward ＂ four ones＂ training system, and party worker training system to promote the crew of educators＇theoretical level. We can achieve survival of the fittest through setting up ＂double defense＂ towards candidates and process - opening system to clear the developing procedure, carrying out ＂ three shows and three comparisons＂ points - accumulating to strengthen process education management. I expect that establishing re- placement mechanism of overall processing educational management can solve the quality problem of developing student party member in private higher vocational college.
