高校公共选修课中存在一些问题。因此,基于MOOC学习理念,利用智慧树网络学习平台,以《职场沟通》课程为例,研究新模式特点,为教师打造合适的符合MOOC教学规律的课程,为学生设计个性化的学习计划,以此让新课改持续发展。

There are some problems in public elective courses in colleges and universities. Therefore, the concept of MOOC based learning, learning platform by wisdom tree network, with ＂workplace communication＂ course as an example, through the research on the characteristics of this new model, to create suitable MOOC teaching rules courses for teachers, for students to design personalized study plan, in order to make the new curriculum reform and sustainable development.
