摘要
平衡阀既可防止连采机截割臂非工作状态时的自动下落,也为连采机截割臂正常下降提供一定的背压。在仿真软件Simulation X中建立截割臂升降液压系统模型,分析平衡阀不同参数与其自身压差的关系,以及对液压系统的影响;在原有连采机上搭建系统试验平台,验证平衡阀对截割升降液压系统的影响。结果表明,合理选择平衡阀并与系统匹配,可以降低系统压力损失,为优化连采机截割臂液压系统提供了依据。
Balance valves not only can prevent the automatic failing of the continuous mining machine cutting arm during the nonworking condition, but also can provide certain back pressure for normal falling of the continuous mining machine cutting arm. Firstly, the simulation model of the cutting arm hydraulic system is built by the soft- ware SimulationX, and the relationship between different parameters and the pressure difference of the balance valve in the hydraulic system is analyzed. Then, the system test platform is set upon the original continuous mining machine to verify the influence of the balance valve in the hydraulic system. The results show that a reasonable se- lection of the balance valve to match the system can reduce the pressure loss of the system. This study provides a basis for optimizing the hydraulic system of the continuous miner cutting arm.
