Analysis of Health Examination Results of 1246 Preschool Children

目的对学龄前儿童健康体检结果进行分析探讨,了解学龄前儿童的健康状况,并提出相应对策。方法选择本地区所辖幼儿园中1 246名学龄前儿童作为研究对象,对其展开常规健康体检,对儿童的患病情况、营养情况以及微量元素情况进行统计分析。结果调查中的1 246名儿童,38名营养状况为营养失调;529名营养状况为消瘦;629名营养状况为正常;46名营养状况为优良;4名营养状况为肥胖。存在高铅表现的儿童共计82名,构成比为6.58%,存在低锌表现的儿童共计22名,构成比为1.77%。结论学龄前儿童营养状况不是十分理想,家长以及托幼机构,要对儿童健康状况给予高度重视,强化预防,及时采取有效针对措施,保证儿童可以健康成长。

Objective To analyze the health examination results of preschool children, to understand the health status of preschool children, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods A total of 1 246 preschool children were enrolled in the kindergarten under the jurisdiction of the local government, and the routine health examination was carried out. The prevalence of the children, nutntional status and trace elements were statistically analyzed. Results Among 1 246 children, 38 children were malnourished, 529 children were nutrient-deficient, 629 children were normal, 46 children were good, and 4 children were obese. There were 82 children with high lead performance, 6.58% of the constituent ratio, and 22 children with low zinc performance, with a ratio of 1.77%. Conclusion The nutritional status of preschool children is not very ideal, parents and nursery institutions, to give a high degree of attention to children＇s health, strengthen prevention, timely and effective measures to ensure that children can grow up healthily.
