摘要
目的探讨强化心理护理对创伤性截肢患者的治疗依从性及其心理状态的影响。方法选取我院所收治的创伤性截肢患者30例作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组。对照组患者给予常规性的护理方式,实验组患者给予强化心理护理的干预措施,比较两组患者治疗依从性以及其护理后的心理状态。结果实验组患者治疗的依从性高于对照组,护理后的心理状态优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于创伤性截肢患者强化其心理护理可以有效的提高其治疗的依从性,改善其心理状态。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive psychological nursing on treatment compliance and psychological status of patients with traumatic amputation, Metbods 30 cases of patients with traumatic amputation were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with conventional nnrsing methods. The intervention group of the patients in the experimental group was treated with psychological care. The patients were treated with two groups compliance and psychological state after nursing care. Results The adherence of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The psychological status of the patients was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion To strengthen the psychological nursing of patients with traumatic amputation can improve the compliance of treatment and improve their mental state.
