摘要
目的探讨对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者实施延续性护理的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的240例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象。依照护理差异,将其分为两组。研究组实施常规护理与延续性护理,参照组进行常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者的护理总满意度为90.8%,高于参照组的64.2%;研究组并发症的发生率低于参照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理应用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的临床效果确切,有效提高了护理满意度,减少了术后并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of continuous nursing care for patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 240 cases of patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected as the research object. They were divided into two groups according to nursing differences. The study group received routine nursing care and continuous care, and the reference group received routine nursing care. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the study group was 90.8%, which was higher than the reference group （ 64.2% ） . The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, two groups of data comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The clinical effect of continuous nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is accurate, it can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
