Dear Editor, Primary seminal vesicle tumors are rare and mostly reported cases were malignant. Benign primarytumors including cystadenomas are even rarer than malignant neoplasms） Herein, we report a 71-year-old man with cystadenoma of the seminal vesicle. The clinical presentation, computed tomography （CT）, and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） findings, gross appearance, microscopic features, and immunohistochemical characteristics of this uncommon tumor are described.
