摘要
五金工具行业以扳、钳为主导,有活扳手、三扳(呆扳、梅扳、二用扳)、套筒扳手、夹扭剪切钳(钢丝钳、尖嘴钳、圆嘴钳、斜嘴钳、水泵钳、顶切钳)、管子钳等。活扳手作为其中重要的一类,其应用范围广,需求量大,性能、功能满足行业要求,制造工艺是保证其性能的关键,常用热模锻成型方式,以及后续的处理工艺现在已经非常成熟,虽然热模锻成型工艺比较常用,但各个企业或工厂的设备水平和人员构成参差不齐,生产要求也不尽相同,所以在制造过程中会出现不同的情况,本文只对两种设备实际生产中遇到的情况运用3D模拟软件作了相应的处理,生产过程也验证了3D技术,促进了成功的进程。

Slipping wrench as one of the important categories, its range of application is wide, Performance and function to meet the requirements of the industry, manufacturing process is the key to ensure its performance, commonly used heating steel material in die forging, and subsequent heat treatment process is very mature now, although heating steel material in die forging is commonly used, but each company or factory equipment and personnel structure into uneven, production requirements are not the same, so in the manufacturing process will appear different situation. In this paper, the application of 3D in the actual production of two kinds of equipments is treated, the production process is also verified by 3D technology, and the process of success is promoted.
