Analysis on the Effect of Professional Chiller Plant Control System in Complex Commercial Project

本文介绍了专业冷站群控系统,并对比专业冷站群控系统与BA系统中自带的冷站设备控制功能的区别。着重总结分析了专业冷站群控系统在6个商业综合体项目中实际应用效果,应用两种计算方法计算节能量来评估各建筑的节能效果。结合同地区同类型建筑电耗指标横向对比,肯定了专业冷站群控的节能特性,并给出建设和运维专业冷站群控的建议。

This paper introduced the professional chiller plant control system, compared the difference between the professional chiller plant control system and the control function in traditional BA system. On the other hand, this paper focused on the comprehensive analysis of the practical application effect of professional chiller plant control system in 6 complex commercial projects, by applying two methods to calculate the energy savings and evaluate the energy efficiency of each project. Moreover, compared with the power consumption indexes of same building type in the same region, the energy-saving characteristic of the professional chiller plant control was affirmed, suggestions on construction, operation and maintenance of the professional chiller pIant control system were given in the end as well.
