将传统的度假酒店植物配置管控模式向现代智能化管理模式的转变是该项研究的目的。通过对品牌度假酒店植物配置的数据调研进行分析,建立了数据化的管理基础。并通过软件将平面二维的图纸转化成可视化的BIM模型,提高了设计与成本的关联度,减少了现场变更带来的设计、成本、工期的变化,创新性地提升了度假酒店植物配置的管理水平,为建立BIM景观专项管理平台奠定了坚实的基础。

Changing from the traditional resort planting design management model to modern intelligent model is the purpose of this study. Based on the analysis of the data of the brand resort planting design, the data management foundation is established. By using software, two-dimensional drawings are transformed into visual BIM model, and the relevance between design and cost is improved. Furthermore, the design, cost, and construction period changes caused by on-site modifications are reduced. Finally, it improved the management level of resort planting design, and laid a solid foundation for the establishment of BIM landscape management platform.
