摘要
文章结合目前海绵城市建设的现状,选取已建住区这一海绵城市建设中的重要载体作为研究对象,以厦门为例,根据城市的自然条件因地制宜地运用海绵城市建设技术与适宜技术,从雨水住区现状及其设计层面上分析了小区内住宅、公共服务设施用地、道路用地、公共绿地的设计层面的雨水利用问题,将有助于居住区实现有效的雨水管理,发挥居住区在城市中的绿色海绵功能。
Based on the current situations of sponge city construction, the constructed residential area, an impon:ant carrier among sponge city constructions, is selected as the research subject, and Xiamen is taken as an example. According to the city' s natural conditions, the sponge city construction technologies and applicable technologies are applied. In accordance with the current situations of rain residential area and design, the residence within communities, land for public facilities, land for roads, and public green spaces, the utilizations of rain water are analyzed, which is expected to facilitate effective rain management within residentiat areas and make the green sponge functions of residences among cities come into play.
