旅游业影响下的海岛民居建筑转型

The Transformation of Island Residential Building Under the Effect of Tourism

针对当下嵊泗海岛乡村地区在旅游业影响下对民居进行大规模新建和改造的现象,从民居建筑的空间形态层面和功能布局层面分别分析其转型特点,指出以商业开发为导向的民居建筑转型对当前旅游开发起到促进作用,但同时传统建筑风貌的丧失将不利于旅游业的可持续发展。

Aiming at the phenomenon that massive residential buildings have been constructed or reconstructed under the influence of tourism in Shengsi island rural area,this article analyses the characteristic of residential building transformation from space form aspect and function layout aspect, points that the commercial market-oriented transformation of residential buildings could facilitate the development of tourism recently, but meanwhile, the loss of unique style and features of traditional building will damage sustainable tourism development.
