"村落建造共同体"就是在多方参与合作的基础上引导村民进行"自我建造"的一种协作机制。利用这种概念,文章在结合"乡土中国"理论的基础上分析了"村落建造共同体"的主要功能,并以入选"安徽首批年前古村落"的黄屯老街为例,重点阐述了黄屯老街"村落建造共同体"的协调机制、引导机制和在改造工程中优势,以期能为今后传统村落更新改造提供新的思路。
