浙江省加快通用航空特色小镇建设的规划研究——以宁海滨海通用航空特色小镇为例

作为引导带动传统产业转型的重要抓手,浙江省近年来不断积累和培育航空产业的基础、机遇和优势。宁海滨海通用航空特色小镇作为浙江省航空产业"十三五"规划布局中的重要组成部分,它的规划建设意义重大。本次研究立足于宁海滨海航空特色小镇的资源条件分析,通过差异化定位、复合型功能设定、特色空间布局以及保障措施研究,架构小镇未来整体建设蓝图,以期推动小镇健康发展和建设,为浙江省通用航空产业建设贡献一份力量。

As an important starting point to lead and promote the transformation of traditional industries , Zhejiang Province attempt toaccumulate the base of aviation industry, andcultivate many opportunities and advantages in recent years.As an important part of the aviation industry in the ＂ 13th Five-Year＂of Zhejiang province, the planning and construction ofNinghai Binhai general aviation town have great significanceBased on the analysis of the resource conditions of Ninghai Binhai general aviation town, through differentiated positioning, complex function settings, characteristics of spatial layout and security measures,this paper want to structure the framework for building a blueprint for the future of the town. This study can promote the development and construction ofcharacteristic towns, and contribute to the construction of general aviation industry in Zhejiang province.
