基于DEA的农业信息服务网站效率评价研究

Evaluation Research on the Efficiency of Agricultural Information Service Websites with DEA Method

农业的信息化首先要考虑农业数字化,"数字农业"的基础工作之一是农业信息网络建设。在现有网站评价方法的基础上,构建农业网站效率评价的指标体系,运用数据包络分析模型,以山东省为例,对省内17个市级政府农业网站的运行效率进行评价。评价结果表明:17个市级农业网站中有3个运行效率相对有效,占网站总数的17.6%,另外14个运行效率相对无效,并对无效网站做了投影分析,根据分析结果给出了提高政府农业网站运行效率的建议。

Agricultural informatization should consider the agricultural digitization first. The foundation work of digital agriculture is the construction of agricultural information networks. Based on the current methods of website evaluation, an indicator system of efficiency evaluation for agricultural information website was constructed in this paper. Then the operating efficiencies of 17 municipal websites in Shandong province were analyzed. The result declared that 3 of these websites were relatively effective, accounting for 17.6% of the websites, and the other 14 were non-effective. By conducting projection analysis, it also gave suggestions to improve the performance of non-effective websites.
