Tacit Knowledge Transfer in University Library's Reader Service

文章通过对高校图书馆读者服务中的隐性知识的概念及其传递的研究,总结隐性知识在高校图书馆读者服务中所起到的作用,提炼出中国高校图书馆读者服务中隐性知识传递中的不足,以此找出提升点。

Based on research about the concept of tacit knowledge and its transfer in university library’s reader service, this paper summarized the role of tacit knowledge in library reader service, and extracted the deficiencies, so as to find the improvement strategy.
