主变低压侧管型母线缺陷分析与运维建议 被引量:4

摘要 管型母线因载流量大、损耗小、散热条件好等特点,一度在公司部分变电站推广使用。但运行过程中也暴露出中间接头、绝缘套筒等部位易受潮,从而危及主变安全运行的问题。通过两起主变低压侧管型母线缺陷的分析,介绍运用带电检测及例行试验手段对管母的运行状况进行检测的方法,并提出运维建议。 Insulating tubular bus bars have been used in several substations for their large current load capacity, low operating loss and good cooling condition.But cable joints and insulated sleeves are easily exposed to moisture,thus may endanger safe operation of main transformers.In this paper,two defects of insulating tubular bus bars on low voltage side of main transformer are analyzed,and detection methods to the operation condition by live detection and routine test are introduced. Maintenance advices for insulating tubular bus bars are given as well.
