摘要
目前供水系统依靠变频调速实现恒压供水,通过闭环控制,用水量的变化使水泵自动调节转速从而改变水泵供水量,最终使供水管某处的压力恒定不变。此控制方式存在一定的弊端。提出一种随着用水量的变化自动改变供水管网压力的变压力控制方法,并以三台供水泵组成的供水系统为例,给出相应的电气主电路及其控制电路,选择变频器,给出变频器相关控制端的接线图,并对供水压力设定值的调节方法作了说明。
At present, the water supply system realizes the constant pressure water supply by the frequency conversion speed regulation, through the closed loop control. The water quantity change makes the water pump automatically adjust the rotational speed to change the pump water supply quantity and finally makes the water supply pipe place pressure invariable. This control method has some disadvantages. This paper puts forward a control method with variable pressure water changes automatically change the pressure in water supply network, water supply system. Taking three sets of water supply pump as an example, the main circuit and its correspond- ing electrical control circuit, the inverter and the inverter control terminal wiring diagram and the water pressure and the setting method of adjusting is described.
