民办高校基层党组织建设科学化的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Scientific Construction of Party Organizations at Grass-roots Level in Private Colleges

党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础,民办高校党组织要切实发挥政治核心作用,必须不断加强基层党组织建设。以武汉设计工程学院为例,从不断加强学习、优化组织设置、加强组织发展、健全规章制度、密切党群关系等五方面进行阐述,以不断推进民办高校基层党组织建设科学化。

The Party＇s organizations at the basic level are the foundation of all its work and fighting capacity. Especially party organizations in private colleges effectively play the role of political core, so it is necessary to continue to strengthen the construction of party organizations at grass-roots level. To promote the scientific construction of party organizations at grass-roots level in private colleges, this paper takes Wuhan Institute of Design and Sciences as an example, covering five aspects of strengthening learning, optimizing organizational settings, emphasizing organizational development, perfecting rules and regulations, connecting the relationship of party and masses.
