早期被动功能锻炼对四肢骨折患者关节功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of early passive functional exercise on joint function and quality of life in patients with limbs fracture

目的:探讨早期被动功能锻炼对四肢骨折患者关节功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2012年9月—2015年12月确诊治疗的四肢骨折患者100例,依据干预方法分为被动组和常规组,每组50例,常规组给予常规功能锻炼干预,被动组在此基础上给予早期被动功能锻炼干预,采用日常生活能力量表(ADL)评估生活质量,随访6个月,统计分析所有患者肘关节、尺桡关节、膝关节的活动度及干预前、干预后1、3、6个月的生活质量情况。结果:干预后,被动组肘关节、尺桡关节、膝关节的活动度均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);被动组干预后1、3、6个月的ADL得分均明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期被动功能锻炼干预可有效改善四肢骨折患者关节活动度,有利于关节功能的恢复,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective：To study the effect of early passive functional exercise on joint function and quality of life in pa- tients with limbs fracture. Methods：One hundred patients with limbs fracture were selected from September 2012 to September 2015 in hospital. According to the intervention methods, all patients were divided into a passive group and a conventional group with 50 patients. The conventional group was given conventional functional exercise intervention, while the passive group was additionally given early passive functional exercise intervention. With 6 months follow - up, by activity of dailyLiving scal （ADL） scores, the motion degree of elbow joint, ulnar joint and knee joint and the quality of life before intervention and month 1,3 and 6 after were statistically analyzed. Results ：The motion degree of elbow joint, ulnar joint and knee joint and the ADL scores of month 1,3,6 after intervention were significantly higher in the passive group than the conventional group with statisti- cally significance （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Early passive functional exercise intervention can effectively improve the motion de- gree of joints,it is beneficial to the recovery of joint function and the quality of life, it is worthy of further promotion.
