航海类高职院校园文化与航运企业文化之间存在多方面的联系。为了提升航海类学生的专业技能及职业素养,使航海类专业教育更加贴近航运企业,文章就航海类高职院校园文化与航运企业文化之间的相互渗透的必要性进行分析,并提出相互渗透的对策措施。

There exist multifaceted links between campus culture of higher vocational maritime colleges and shipping enterprise culture. In order to improve the professional skills and vocational quality of maritime stu- dents, getting maritime professional education closer to shipping enterprises, the article analyzes the necessity of mutual penetration between campus culture of higher vocational maritime colleges and shipping enterprise cul- ture, and proposes countermeasures for mutual penetration.
