人文关怀护理对血液肿瘤住院患者焦虑抑郁情绪及满意度的影响

Influence of humanistic care nursing on anxiety and depression emotions and satisfaction of hospitalized patients with hematologic tumor

目的:探讨人文关怀护理对血液肿瘤住院患者焦虑抑郁情绪及满意度的影响。方法:选择2015年11月~2016年4月血液肿瘤住院患者102例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人文关怀护理。比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和住院患者满意度量表评分。结果:观察组患者SAS,SDS得分低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组患者SAS、SDS评分仍低于全国常模(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理能够有效改善血液肿瘤患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者满意度,应大力推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the influence of humanistic care nursing on anxiety and depression emotions and satisfaction of hospitalized patients with hematologic tumor. Methods：Selected 102 hospitalized patients with hematologic tumor from November 2015 to April 2016, and they were equally divided into control group and observation group, conventional nursing was used for the patients in the control group, and humanistic care nursing was employed for the patients in the observation group. Patients in the two groups were compared in self- rating anxiety scale （SAS）, self- rating depression scale （SDS） scores and hospitalized patients＇ satisfaction scale scores. Results ： The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of pa- tients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were still lower than the nationwide norm. Conclusion：The humanistic care nursing could effectively improve the anxiety and depression emotions of patients with hematologic tumor, increase the patients＇ satisfaction, and should be variously promoted and applied.
