促成因子预阻断护理模式在肛裂术后患者便秘预防中的应用

Application of contributing factor pre-blocking nursing model in constipation prevention of patients after anal fissure operation

目的:探讨促成因子预阻断护理模式在肛裂术后患者便秘预防中的应用效果。方法:我院自2016年6月起开始采用促成因子预阻断护理模式对肛裂术后患者实施便秘预防,选择实施前(2016年1~5月)和实施后(2016年6~10月)收治于我院的肛裂手术病例各43例作为研究对象,实施前后病例分别设为对照组和试验组,比较两组干预后各相关观察指标的差异性。结果:试验组肛裂手术患者干预后的便秘预防健康行为依从性以及便秘预防有效情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者对便秘预防专项护理服务的满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:促成因子预阻断护理模式对肛裂术后患者实施便秘预防,有利于提高该类手术患者便秘预防健康行为依从性,获得较为理想的便秘预防效果,并提升护理对象满意度。

Objective ：To discuss the application effect of contributing factor pre - blocking nursing model in constipation prevention of patients after anal fis- sure operation. Methods ： Our hospital started to use pre - blocking nursing model to prevent constipation of patients after anal fissure operation from June 2016, and 43 patients receiving anal fissure operation before （January to May 2016） and after （June to October 2016） implementation were selected re- spectively as the research objects, and the cases before and after implementation were respectively set as the control group and test group, and lhe difference of relevant observation indicators of the two groups after intervention was compared. Results ： After intervention, the constipation prevention health behavior compliance and constipation prevention validity of patients in the test receiving anal fissure operation in the test group were significantly superior to those of patients receiving anal fissure operation in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the score of satisfaction to special nursing service of constipation prevention af pa- tients in the test group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The prevention of constipation of patienta after receiving anal fissure operation with contributing pre - blocking nursing model could improve the constipation prevention health behavior complianeo of patients receiving such operation, obtain an ideal constipation prevention effect and improve the satisfaction of the nursing objects.
