个性化健康宣教在提升受检者身体准备合格率中的应用

Application of individualized health publicity and education in improving the qualification rate of physical preparation of subjects

目的:探讨体检前个性化健康宣教对提升受检者身体准备合格率的应用价值,并为临床体检前的工作准备提供一定的参考。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年1月间来院体检的150名受检者,随机等分为试验组和对照组。对照组人员仅在体检前2周发放"体检须知单",试验组在对照组基础上实行个性化健康宣教,观察两组人员对体检前基本准备的实施情况,并计算体检者身体准备合格率,同时观察两组人员对体检工作的满意情况。结果:试验组体检各项准备合格率,满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化健康教育有助于帮助受检者更好了解体检相关知识,提升受检者身体准备合格率以及对体检工作的满意度。

Objective ： To discuss the application value of individualized health publicity and education before physical examination in improving the qualifi- cation rate of qualification rate of physical preparation of subjects and provide reference for the work preparation before clinical physical examination. Meth- ods ： Selected 150 subjects receiving physical examination in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, and they were equally divided into experimen- tal group and control group at random. ＂Instruction for physical examination＂ was distributed to the subjects in the control group only 2 weeks before physi- cal examination, and individualized health publicity and education was implemented for the subjects in the experimental group on the basis of the control group, and subjects in the two groups were observed in the basic preparation before physical examination, and the physical preparation qualification rate of the subjects was calculated, and meanwhile, the subjects in the two groups were observed in the satisfaction to physical examination. Results：The Physical examination qualification rate of treament group was taller than control group in degree of satisfaction. Conclusion ： The individualized health publicity and ed- ucation could help the subjects understand physical examination related knowledge, improve the subjects＇ physical preparation qualification rate and the sat- isfaction to the physical examination.
