无保护会阴接生法对初产妇会阴裂伤程度、产后疼痛及产后性生活质量的影响

Influence of no-protection perineum delivery method on the perineal laceration degree,postpartum pain and postpartum sexual life quality of primipara

目的:探讨无保护会阴接生法对初产妇会阴裂伤程度、产后疼痛、产后性生活质量的影响。方法:选择2012年1月~2016年6月本院收治经阴道分娩初产妇80例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施传统经阴道分娩,观察组实施无保护会阴接生技术,比较两组会阴裂伤情况、生产后3月女性性功能指数(FSFI)评分、干预不同时间点疼痛程度。结果:观察组会阴完整率高于对照组(P<0.05),会阴损伤率低于对照组(P<0.05),FSFI评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后当天、术后48 h及出院时产妇疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无保护会阴分娩接生技术能有效减少会阴损伤程度、提高产后性生活质量,减少产后疼痛。

Objective：To discuss the influence of no - protection perineum delivering method on the perineal laceration degree, postpartum pain and post- partum sexual life quality of primipara. Methods：Selected 80 pfimipara with vaginal delivery admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2016, and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random, where the primipara in the control group received the traditional vaginal deliv- ery, and primipara in the observation group received the no -protection perineum delivery technique, and primipara in the two groups were compared in perineal laceration, score of female sexual function index （FSFI） 3 months after delivery and pain degree in different time of intervention. Results：The pri- mipara in the observation group hand their perinaeum integrity rate higher than that of pfimipara in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and hand their perineal trauma rate lower than that of primipara in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the FSFI score of primipara in the observation group was higher than that of pri- mipara in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the pain visual analogue scale of primipara in the observation group on the date of operation, 48h after opera- tion and at the time of discharge was lower than that of primipara in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： No - protection perineum delivering tech- nique could effectively reduce the perineal trauma, improve the postpartum sexual life quality and reduce the postpartum pain.
