摘要
建设了符合工业4.0目标的自动化综合实验室,实现真正意义上的工业4.0新型模式,构建综合实践教学体系。实验室设备以生产现场使用的工业元器件组成一个功能齐全的生产流水线,挖掘和利用工业4.0实验室的资源。针对多个年级的培养目标,进行实践课程的教学内容安排,独立设课,打破传统的实验教学方式,采用开放式教学模式,学生可以远程进行部分的实验内容。在上课前使用测试和预约系统,通过教师制作好的网上资源进行预习,通过网上测试后即可预约上课时间。
